OUR PRINCIPAL'S WELCOME

Mrs. Gabriela Castillo

Dear Blessed Sacrament Parents and Guardians,

I am delighted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new principal of Blessed Sacrament School! I am thrilled to be joining such a dedicated staff and community that make Blessed Sacrament a great place for students to learn and grow.

Allow me to share a bit about myself. My name is Gabriela Raga Castillo, and I bring with me 13 years of experience in education, with a strong passion for academic excellence, personal growth, and creating a safe and nurturing learning environment.

My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Reading and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various educational roles, including serving on the safety response team, being a team leader, and sponsoring various clubs and sports. Additionally, I was a proud business owner of a teaching store named Imagine Parent-Teacher. Each of these experiences has provided me with valuable insights into the diverse needs of students, parents, and educators.

At Blessed Sacrament School, my goal is to build upon and continue the existing culture of excellence and achievement, and to work collaboratively with our exceptional staff to provide an enriching educational experience for all students. I believe in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates student success in all areas, promotes positive citizenship, and values the unique talents of each child, developing the whole child.

I firmly believe that open communication and collaboration are essential to student success, and I encourage parents and guardians to actively engage in their child’s education and participate in the vibrant school community at Blessed Sacrament School. Throughout the school year, you can expect regular updates on important events, academic achievements, and extracurriculars through newsletters, emails, and updates on our www.bsacramentschool.com . I also encourage you to attend school activities and functions, as your involvement is vital to the success of our students.

I am truly excited to embark on this journey with all of you. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of our students and families, and working together to create a supportive and thriving school community. Please feel free to reach out to me at 956-722-1222 or gcastillo@bsacramentschool.com if you have any questions, concerns, or simply want to introduce yourself.

Thank you for welcoming me into this wonderful community. Together, we can achieve great things for our students.

Sincerely in Christ,

Gabriela Raga Castillo I Principal
