REGISTRATION INFORMATION



Registration Information
2026 - 2027 Academic Year





• REGISTRATION FEE:



Per child (in all grades, PreK3 thru 8th). This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.


Pre-Registration: January 20th - May 1st: $150.00 After May 4th: $200.00



• OFFICIAL RECORDS:



The following must be turned in to the office before the child begins school along with the school's registration packet:


*Birth certificate: A child must be 3 yrs. old for PK3, 4 yrs. old for PK4, 5 yrs. old for Kindergarten or 6 for 1st grade by September 1st of the year entering school.

* Immunization record. TB test required for new students.

* Baptismal, Holy Communion, Confirmation certificate (if applicable).

* Social Security card.

* Report card & standardized test results from previous school (if applicable).



• INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

• FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: August 10, 2026 (Noon dismissal)



• TUITION: PreK3 - 5th Grade = $4000.00 annually ($400.00 month)
6th through 8th Grade = $4100.00 annually ($410.00 month)
$350.00 discount annually for each additional child ($35.00 month)



Monthly tuition is paid August through May of each year. Tuition is payable by ACH debit on the 5th of the month (starting August 5th) or by enrolling in the F.A.C.T.S. tuition management program. The F.A.C.T. program offers several due dates and charges an annual fee for their services. Payment setup must be done by July 6, 2026. A $20.00 late fee will be assessed if tuition is not paid by the selected due date.



No student will be issued a nine weeks report card or any awards or recognitions if tuition or any other fees (lunch, books & fees, fundraisers, and "Together Parents Can" Volunteer Program) are outstanding at that time. Students will not participate in instruction if account is two months past due.



• BOOKS & FEES: $550.00 per child per grade



This fee is paid once a year, and is due before the first day of school.

First installment (50% of total amount) due by June 8, 2026.

Second installment due by July 13, 2026.

If the total amount is not paid by the first day of school, the student will not receive his/he educational materials. This amount may also be withdrawn electronically, at the parent's request. The following fees are included:

Blessed Sacrament School has required fundraisers that are part of the parent's financial responsibility. It is important to note that the school is not restricted in the number of fundraisers it may organize. The collaborative effort of parents participating in fundraising activities contributes significantly to supporting various school initiatives and enhancing the overall educational experience for students.


The following are two of the required fundraisers and must be paid in cash or by check:



• CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER:



Each family will be given TWO boxes of chocolates to sell. The total value is $120.00.



• PTO FUNDRAISER:



All families must participate in the annual PTO Raffle Fundraiser. The $250.00 amount must be paid in full or in payments by TO BE ANNOUNCED. Each family will receive 50 raffle tickets worth $5.00 each and must sell tickets or purchase them themselves. All families are expected to participate in all PTO events.



• "TOGETHER PARENTS CAN" VOLUNTEER PROGRAM:



Parents are required to participate in campus activities through service or donations. Each family is expected to fulfill fifteen (15) hours. In the event fifteen (15) hours are not accrued per family, a $15.00 fee will be assessed hour not completed for the total of $225.00.



• MEALS:



Students bring their own lunch or purchase lunch for a $6.00 fee per meal per day. (Subject to change)

Lunch has to be pre-paid. Lunch cards are available for 5 ($30.00), 10 ($60.00) or 20 ($120.00) meals per student.



• EXTENDED DAYCARE:



There is no charge for early morning care beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the cafeteria.

After school care available: $150.00 monthly for one student, $50.00 monthly for additional sibling.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In order for students to be fully registered, registration fee must be paid at the office prior to submitting registration packet. Payments can be made electronically by calling the office at 956-722-1222.
